Terms & Conditions

  • A 50% Down payment is required to secure the date and decoration.
  • The remaining balance to be paid in full at latest 1 week before the event.
  • The booking is only confirmed upon receiving the down payment.
  • A security bond should be paid for the hired items.
  • The hired items should be returned in same initial condition.
  • The bond is fully refunded upon returning the rented goods in the same condition they were provided.
  • We are not held responsible of any accident or damage caused by our items
  • The customer is responsible for any damage/loss that might occur to the rented goods and will be charged a fee that will be decided after assessing the goods.

Flower Arrangements:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in different seasons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Also, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may occasionally need to substitute with another colour.

Most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Flowers should be placed in a cool place, not under the sun and you should change water and cut the stems every second day if it is in a vase , you add a cup of water daily if it is in a foam. We don’t accept return.

If the arrangement is already in-transit via our courier or has already been delivered, then we cannot accept the cancellation and full price must be paid.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $10 administration fee.

We cannot accept order cancellations that are already prepared, or, that are with our courier for delivery.

We will not be liable for any claim, injury, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect) when using products that have been purchased from our business.
